Rosalie Kane, PhD (Emerita)

Passed away in 2020

Kane was an outstanding candidate for the Academy. Her career and accomplishments consistently demonstrate innovation and excellence in her roles as social worker and advocate in gerontology and geriatrics.

Kane directed the National Long-Term Care Resource Center for 20 years and received the University of Minnesota Distinguished Women Scholars Award in Social Sciences for 2007.
