Lynn Videka is dean and the Carol A. Mowbray Collegiate Professor of the University of Michigan School of Social Work. Videka’s research interests include integrated health services for people managing psychiatric disabilities, and for families and children served by public systems. Her research focuses on the effectiveness of social work interventions; prevention of child maltreatment; recovery and peer approaches to services for psychiatric disabilities; and most recently, integrated health care services. She received her AM and PhD from the University of Chicago’s School of Social Service Administration, and her BSN with honors from the University of Illinois’ College of Nursing.
